Our client, a leading international law firm, handles both domestic and international legal advice to a wide range of clients in various industries across the globe.

Their Vienna office is currently seeking a Junior IP/IT Lawyer with 1-3 years of practical experience. First gained knowledge from the following areas of law are preferred:

• Trademark Law
• Patent Law
• Licensing
• Data Protection Law
• Fair Trade Law

The ideal candidate will have specialist corporate IP experience. The position is extremely broad and will offer exposure to restrictive trade practices, IP agreements, as well as advising on all aspects of promotional and regulatory issues.

Aside from native German language skills, a high-level working knowledge of English language skills is a must (both written and verbal).

The firm looks for an ambitious, talented lawyer, who has 1 year up to three years working experience and provides a competitive compensation that will commensurate with experience. Candidates should also possess a pro-active and can-do attitude and be fast learners.
